Manager, Cabin Services Training
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor cabin crew training progress/records;
  • Responsible for design and development/control of service training system manuals;
  • Conduct and deliver training programmes;
  • Liaison training planning and scheduling;
  • Plan training programmes for new and existing cabin crew;
  • Research and analyze in-flight services training needs;
  • Manage and monitor training effectiveness and crew performance;
  • Develop in-flight services development and procedures;
  • Establish cabin services standards and policy systems;
  • Support and develop team member performance and advancement;
  • Ensure training, office and general facilities are maintained for the efficient running of the division;
  • Any other ad-hoc related support duties assigned.
  • Minimum 6 years airline-related experiences with an international airliner with at least 2 years in managerial or senior supervisory level;
  • Ability to train and deliver training programmes;
  • Experience in planning, organizing and developing training programs and manuals, with ability to coach, motivate and develop others;
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus;
  • Proficient in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Creative and versatile, proactive and independent, strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
