Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidate to client interview to offer stage
• Multiple industries focused
• Business development on clients, ie. deal with HR managers, line managers and even company owners
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide consultancy service to both candidate and client on market trend, future development, salary range and candidate pool
• Identifying, developing and managing business relationships

Requirements:

• Degrees in HR, Communications, Global studies, International studies will have an advantage.
• Have a global mindset
• 2 years of Sales/Consultancy experience (from insurance or digital marketing or media agency will be an advantage). Fresh graduate will be considered
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a necessary.
• Speaking fluent Mandarin will be a big plus
• Ambitious, motivated, able to cope with stressful situations and fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently, optimistic and have high energy level

• Fresh Grad / Candidates have less relevant experience may be considered as Recruitment Solution Consultant.
