This job is responsible for managing overall the company Taiwan Marketing teams including Branding, Customer and Digital Communication and PR. This person needs to lead the teams and to formulate comprehensive Marketing strategy to promote the company both internally and externally. This person needs to work with International Marketing teams as well as local cross functional teams to ensure high quality delivery and smooth execution and to achieve business objectives.Person Suggested:
This role will require strong leadership capabilities to communicate vision and formulate strategy as well as execution plan. This person is required to work in dynamic situations and under stressful timeline to deliver strong results. This person needs to be highly experienced with marketing activities and be outstanding in communication skills. This person needs to be sophisticated to work with both local and regional teams to meet key project and delivery. This person needs to work with senior leadership roles in the company and leading seasoned managers under Marketing teams. Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
- Vision and strategic thinking to formulate action plan based on business objectives and market dynamics
- Drive opportunities to increase awareness and recognition of Company both internally and externally
- Ensure all projects with good quality and timely delivery
- Can independently work with both regional office and local stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and resolve issues
- Can effectively communicate with senior leadership roles
- Can lead cross functional teams and seasoned managers
- At least 20 years of experience in Marketing field and have managed Branding, Communication, digital platforms and PR
- 10+ years in people management role and can work with both senior managers
- 5+ years with financial industry experience is preferred
- 5+ years in foreign company and familiar working with regional/global office
- Experienced with managing corporate events, Press Conference and partnerships
- Experienced with managed advertisement and media agency
- Capable of resolving issues and driving results
- Digital Marketing experience is a plus
Personal Competencies Required:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding leaderships skills to guide and resolve issues
- Strong people skills to work with Senior Management and cross functional teams
- Strong logic thinking
- Good execution capability and result oriented
- Education and Other Requirements:
- MBA or Master Degree in related field is preferred
- Excellent command of both English & Mandarin languages
