Account and Business Development Manager
The client is a brand owner, importer and distributor of a portfolio of next-generation personal care products. Gearing towards a trendsetting market segment. The brands are new to Hong Kong and we aim to distribute through specialty outlets, multi-brand stores and lifestyle oriented retailers. We are looking for a senior account manager to steer this.
You’ll be joining a group of focused, hard-working, creative people with a growth mindset who are passionate about doing work that is challenging and impactful.  The team is diverse in backgrounds and physically situated across the world in USA, UK and China. We bring onboard talents who want to change things, disrupt the narrative, who are naturally confident with a positive attitude. 
Job description
  • Responsible for market-entry for multiple wellness brands
  • Explore new opportunities and develop new sales channels
  • Build & enhance good relationships with key account clients
  • Work independently on key account development and management
  • Expedite new purchase orders and follow through each PO through completion
  • Sales forecast and projection
  • Plan, develop and implement sales strategies for Key Accounts in Hong Kong 
  • Work with merchandising team to explore business opportunities in key account sector
  • Work with stock management & inventory control team to optimise inventory levels
  • Gather market intelligence of trade development and execute trade promotions 
  • Work closely with marketing team for promotional activities 
Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary education preferably in business related discipline 
  • 4 - 6 years key account management experience in FMCG / Beauty industry 
  • Strong, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Flexible work from home arrangement
  • More solid experience and network will be considered for a Director role
