- 招募，培訓以及維護團隊人才
- 帶領團隊打造和維護核心廣告平臺
- 在技術面領導，影響並且提升團隊的卓越性
- 與其它部門成員有效的溝通合作，以完成產品目標
- 6 年以上相關領域經驗
- 2 年以上管理技術團隊經驗
- 充分熟悉以下至少一種語言：Java，C/C++，Scala，Go
- 對 Unix/Linux 系統有充分經驗
- 對後端服務，系統架構有充分的經驗
- 對軟體開發流程 (Scrum，Kanban，等) 有充分的經驗
- 重視細節，對技術有好奇心以及想要充分瞭解的渴望
- 有開發大型網路服務系統的經驗
- 有雲端服務 (AWS, GCP) 的經驗
- 對 SRE 和 CI/CD 有經驗
- 有大數據處理的經驗
- 技術社群裡的活躍成員
