- Having an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, and being able to contribute intelligent and informed insight to client.
- Being the first point of contact for clients with the objective in building and maintain strong relationships, and adapting to client’s requirements and need.
- Coordinating all internal and external parties to ensure the projects are delivered on-time and to a high quality.
- Manage and develop existing and new clients to maximize the revenue.
- Working on continually improving the digital delivery process across all accounts.
- Working effectively with all third party suppliers.
- Great career exposure working with multi-countries teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital industries.
- Proven account management experience in a digital agency.
- The flexibility to tailor your work and skills to various different clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients and vendors.
- Exceptional project management skills, being able to work across different projects at any one time.
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel.
