Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer

Responsibilities
- Responsible for account payable, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Handle payment requests and respond to enquiries from other departments on transaction status
- Handle transactions and prepare reconciliation of transactions and current accounts with property management companies
- Conduct account analysis and prepare month end closing and monthly account balances
- Support system enhancement and other/new project
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
- Semi-qualified accountant is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting
- Proficient in computerized accounting system and Microsoft Excel
- Mature, independent, with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Detail oriented, proactive, independent and strong sense of ownership
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Accounting Officer
