  • Working closely with department managers of assigned portfolios, the successful candidate will be responsible for all-round HR duties including resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement. He/ She will devise recruitment and selection plan to identify qualified employees; act as HR Business Partner to provide professional advice and support to line management; gather market intelligence in compensation & benefits as well as best HR practices; review and update HR policies and procedures; plan and execute HR initiatives on employee engagement, and leverage social media on employer brand communication.
  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Good business acumen and strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Solid experience in creating social media content an advantage
  • Able to work independently with good judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Negotiable
