Business Development Senior Manager

Growth Spot is a fully funded and accelerated startup company in Asia, carries a mission to build an ad-tech software product that empowers SMEs in Asia to do digital marketing better and cheaper with automation and AI technologies. We are looking for a highly self-motivated and organized Business Development Senior Manager who is able to drive our sales development and contribute to the bigger marketing and growth success. A good team player with experimental spirits and good execution ability will be highly preferred. As a Business Development Senior Manager, you will be at the first touch with our customers, which includes large and small entrepreneurs who are keen to start their own online business. This will be a great opportunity for you to build your career in the e- commerce field and make direct contribution to the overall business through sales channels.


  • Prospecting to potential users and clients and filter out qualified leads and opportunities
  • Aim to fulfill marketing and sales KPIs to achieve team and company goals
  • Provide phone consultation and e-commerce product demos to potential users
  • Play a crucial role and drive improvements for the larger sales development process
  • Turn high high quality leads into long-term customers with good sales ethics
  • Support offline seminar marketing activities’ planning and on-site operations
  • Cooperate closely with marketing functions and campaigns
  • Support new growth and marketing projects
  • Maintain happy and good relationships with large group of users and clients


  • Enjoy talking to new people and strong willingness to help users as a trusted advisor
  • Self-motivated and able to hit and exceed personal and team goals

  • Excellent communication skills, good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese

  • Degree holder is a must, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus
  • Senior Manager: Over 5 years of relevant working experience preferred / Manager: Over 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred / Associate: 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
