Customer Service Executive
(This position is recruited by CoolJobz)

  • Understand benefits brought by Boutir to our customers and targeted audience
  • Understand current customers segmentation, behavior and acquisition channels
  • Provide excellent customer service to the merchant by the channel: FB, Whatsapp, meeting call etc.
  • Arranging in the Webinar, including sending reminder and handling the related inquiries by Whatsapp
  • Assisting the PR & Marketing event if needed
  • Secondary education with relevant experience in sales and customer services.
  • Comfortable with Chinese typing is a must
  • Possess Facebook advertising knowledge is a plus
