The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description
  • Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis in e-Commerce industry, to understand and influence seller and buyer behavior
  • Competitors research to suggest improvements for sellers and buyer experience
  • Work together with multiple stakeholders to have projects roll out smoothly
  • Work closely with local teams to understand current business processes, transfer best-practices across countries
Requirements
  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Ability to speak and write well in either Bahasa OR  Mandarin is a must in order to liaise with stakeholders
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Excel, SQL, Python will be a plus
  • Data driven, meticulous and eager to learn
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and result-orientation
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
  • Good team player and with can-do attitude
  • Has passion in e-commerce industry
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
